Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information TrussForge collects through teamframers.com, why, and what you can do about it. If you have a question, email info@teamframers.com.
What we collect
- When you start a free trial: your name, work email, company name, country and a password. We store only a secure hash of your password, never the password itself.
- When you are invited by a colleague: your email address, then the name and password you choose.
- While you use your account: which modules you are assigned, changes made in your company's portal (for example invites and seat changes), and when you last signed in.
- When you book a demo: your name, work email, company, role, preferred date and time, and anything you tell us about your roof.
- Technical information: your IP address, used briefly to protect sign-in and forms from abuse, and one cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account and your company's portal.
- To send emails you need: confirming your address, password resets, team invites, and replies to demo requests.
- To arrange and follow up on demos you ask for.
- To keep the service secure, for example by limiting repeated sign-in attempts.
We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.
Who helps us
- Hostinger hosts the website and its database.
- Resend delivers our emails.
They process information only to provide these services to us.
Who can see your information
Admins in your company can see your name, email, role, modules and when you were last active. TrussForge staff can see company details and demo requests so we can support customers.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open. Demo requests are kept for up to two years so we can follow up. Ask us at any time to delete your account or a demo request and we'll do it within 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@teamframers.com. You can reset your password at any time from the sign-in page.
